Time to head up American Fork canyon and visit Cascade Springs. If you've never been, Cascade Springs is just what is says - a spring of water, cascading down rock. Being a spring, the water just appears out of the rock and the flows down creating ponds and marshes. There are boardwalk paths all over and it's a really nice leisurely walk/hike around.
Every day, 7,000,000 gallons of fresh spring water flow to the surface.....24/7....even during the winter. It's amazing seeing all that water just appear out of nowhere.

| On the way to the springs, we passed so many awesome views of the mountains and valleys. |
| Jacob thought he could get a good panoramic pic from standing on the car |
| Jacob had his friend from California, Trent, visiting us. |
| This is where the water starts |
| And eventually becomes a small river |
| Afterwards, we met Meghan & Corey, and Matt & Marissa for a campfire and smores in the canyon |
