Big Sister, Little Sister

So back in the day, Meghan and Marissa would play a little game called “Big Sister, Little Sister” and one would be the big sister and one would be the little sister.  The big sister usually bossed around the little sister, and they took turns being the big sister.

Well, they were longing for the good ole days, and decided to play Big Sister, Little Sister again.  Marissa was so overjoyed about the prospect of getting to be the “big sister” and bossing around the “little sister” (Meghan) that she had to grab the camera and video this rare occurance!

After they started playing, the game really turned into a singing fest, where Meghan and Marissa really showed their true colors and their fun lovable side that we love to see!  We want to see more of this side of them!

A few of the videos seem similar, but they really are different!

Oh My - some of those were almost painful but I couldn't pull myself from them. I could easily sit and watch that sort of thing from them all day long. Love those girls!!

OK! here's the thing. Big sister, Little sister is NOT like that. How you play it is, the sisters don't have any parents. The parents die. So the big sister has to take charge and she supplies the sisters with shelter - a closet, clothes - rags, and food - ritz crackers and pretzels. Then we just, i dont know. Play!

Just wanted to clarify that so you didn't think what my dad was telling you was true. :)

It's okay - I rarely believe he's telling the truth. ; )

Sounds like fun, parents dying and all. What great times you all have. Ha.

I'm so glad my parents didn't have a camcorder when Dean and I were little. We used to play this game called Tornado. (Can you tell we grew up in Texas?)
Anyway, we would run around the house holding a blanket over our head as if it were a super hero's cap. Then one of us would yell TORNADO. We had to both get under the blanket and completely cover tuck ourselves in as fast as we could. Then we waited to 'see if the tornado was gone' before we peeked our heads out. Then we would exclaim that the tornado was gone and do the entire thing over again.

Big Sister, Little Sister made me laugh. Not for anything they said but because it reminded me that we all have those games we played that made no sense. :o)
