Headed to our last stop, we had one more sea day so we got to sleep in. It was pretty warm out to spending time out on deck was great!
We sailed past Scotland's largest sea wind farm with 50 windmills - they are floating windmills! There were so many!

They had Grant Harrold on board for a chat. He is the UK's leading etiquette expert. He was also the private butler to King Charles III and Queen Camilla, The Prince and Princess of Wales, and the Duke of Sussex. On some occasions, he also was the butler to the late Queen Elizabeth II. He told his story how he started butlering for the King at age 25 - about half the age of other butlers. He story and experiences was pretty interesting to listen to.
Then we watched The Voice which was pretty entertaining

Lynnette even appeared on the big screens by the elevator!
The next day was our last stop - Le Havre, France. Many make the trip in to Paris, but it's not really very close. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive each way. Instead, we rented a car and went out exploring.
Our first stop, was a small village called Giverny, France.
Not sure what this is....it was a large mural painted on one of the buildings at the visitor center
Same with this one
Uh....does this building seem crooked to you or is it just my eyes?
We stopped in at Claude Monet's garden and house where he painted many of his paintings.
Yep...with an hour or so, the weather went from completely blue skies to rain
Our next stop was the Cheateau of Bizy in Vernon, France. Built around 1740, it was the home to King Louis XV, Duke of Penthievre and King Louis-Philippe. It was built in the style of great Italian palaces and stables of Versailles. There is a guided tour through several rooms that are restored and furnished with rare furnishings dating back to the 1700's. The palace is still used and lived in by heirs of the Duke today. The tour was given in all French, and they gave us cards to read in English.
It didn't look like much from first view
This piano was amazing. It's not painted. It's varnished, with different colors, then they scratched off the layers of different colors of varnish to create the photos. Extremely talented and time consuming. Like the scratch off sheets of paper we have today. The tour guide asked if anyone played the piano and they let you play the piano! You can't sit on the chair though!

We had some more stops on the list, but time was getting short and we needed to drive back but it was a great day!
