Let's get out of the house!

With all this virus weirdness and never before circumstances in anyone's lifetime, we got out of the house for a bit.

We went for a short little hike (1 1/2 miles RT) to "Turtle Hill" right here in Eagle Mountain.  It's called Turtle Hill because supposedly, from afar, the hill looks like a turtle in a shell........I didn't see it, but someone must have.

It was busy!  A lot of other people had the same idea as we did!  The payoff of this short hike is at the top you have a fantastic view of all of Eagle Mountain and beyond.

The trail is more of a ATV road

Even from the bottom, the views of the valley are expansive

This housing development looks so small!

Keep going!  Almost there!

The lines in the middle are the power lines...they are so straight and go on forever!!!

At the top, this is looking the other way - there are so many ATV and mountain biking trails all over

Can you see the geocache?  It's a large ammo box to the left of the biggest rock

It was pretty windy and cold at the top!

Another large ammo box geo cache on the way down

We drove out to see the Facebook Data Center construction, but we couldn't get very close...We didn't have our IDs ready

VIDEO:  All of Eagle Mountain can be seen in this video.  It has the potential of being Utah's largest city (in size) - as you can see in this video, the valley is huge!
