Saturday was a beautiful day. About 80 degrees, and sunny, and we really didn’t have any plans.
Roseville has around 100 miles of bike trails through all the open space and creeks and trees, and we really never had explored them, so today was the day!
We found the bike pump, pumped up all the tires, and went to explore just one of the many many trails. We had to take two cars, as we had to take the seats out of the van to fit all the bikes in.
Of course, we found some geocaches along the way as well!
This one here was inside the hole at the bottom of the stump:
Hannah spotted this one and it was a big one, and not really hid very well, but it was off the trail a bit, so you really didn’t see it unless you were looking:
Here’s a little video of the riding. It was beautiful! Good time of year because in a month or so everything will be turning brown as it gets hotter!
We hurried home to get Meghan ready for the Junior Prom (she is a Sophomore but the guy she is going with is a Junior). She had a fun time! And we all had a great time biking. We will have to do it more often!
