Grandma and Grandpa Bingham

Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam drove all day Friday so they could be here for Jacob's Baptism on Saturday. Jacob felt so special and loved. Grandpa had to get back to work so he caravaned with Stacie and Darin back to Utah on Sunday. Lucky for us Grandma got to stay and spend the week with us.

Jacob's Scriptures

Jacob received these new scriptures from Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam. It's their tradition to present each of their grandchildren with their own set of scriptures on their baptism day. Jacob has been eagerly anticipating receiving his set and has been taking his paperback copy of the Book of Mormon to church each week. He's excited now to be able to look up the scriptures that are in the Bible, D&C, and Pearl of Great Price.

Jacob's 8th birthday was made even more special because it was celebrated with family. Jacob doesn't like cake so we bought this little one for traditions sake just so he could blow out the candles. We served brownies and ice cream instead. His favorite is vanilla.
