Recently, when we’ve had the missionaries over for dinner, we tell them we have one requirement for them to come over.
They have to share a talent with us. Unfortunately, we didn’t think to take photos of all of them, but we will now! Then we send the photos to their parents, so they can enjoy the talents as well!
Last week, Elder Shelton and Mullins came over and we got to bask in their wonderful talents.
We heard a nice Hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow played on the ukulele by Elder Mullins, and Elder Shelton led us in a game of ‘Kerplot’.
Elders Shelton and Mullins tried to learn a new talent by playing with our “Haikichi Sticks” but I think they need some more time to develop that talent.
Another Elder we had over a while ago, showed us his ‘talent’ of balancing a table, yes a TABLE on his chin. He was unable to do it though, because he needed some duct tape to put on his chin to protect it, and we didn’t have any!!!! The next time we had the missionaries over, he was transferred so we didn’t finish seeing his talent, but you get the idea of it here.
