Jacob was running at recess and a pole jumped in his way! Can you imagine a pole doing such a terrible thing? He was sitting in class and his teacher noticed that he had some blood on his eye and sent him to the office. The office called Shelley and Jacob still was saying he was fine (he has a high tolerance for pain), but Shelley went and got him anyway.
It kinda hurt his eye. When he went to school the next day, everyone thought he had on makeup! No makeup at all!
