We started our 24th of July weekend on Friday evening by "winning" tickets to go watch the live taping of Studio C. Studio C is a live sketch show filmed at BYU TV on campus and is very very popular. You can subscribe to their YouTube channel - they have over one million subscribers.
They have a lottery to get tickets to the live tapings, and tens of thousands enter. I've been entering each time they have it, and we finally got picked.
The studio seats only 200 and it was about a 2 hour taping for two 30 minute shows. It was very interesting and very fun!
Saturday morning, we headed to Corey's hometown of Huntsville and had a BBQ with Meghan & Cory, Matt & Marissa, and Corey's parents. They live about 2 miles from Pineview Reservoir, a popular boating lake, and luck would have it, they also have a boat! We spent the morning boating and tubing, and then went to his parent's house for a very yummy BBQ.

This first one has some very good airtime and they managed to stay on!
This one has some really good airtime, but they didn't manage to stay on and flipped!
After our visit, we headed back to Mapleton to go to Shelley's brother's house to watch the Mapleton fireworks, which are some of the best in the valley for Pioneer Day. It was a very fun filled day!
