So Easter had sprung! And it was a very warm spring day. Since we have late church, we had plenty of time to sleep in, have a nice big breakfast, go hunting for eggs, take a nap, and then go to church, and then go to Grandma and Grandpa’s for dinner!
As is tradition, Doug hid some eggs in the HUGE back yard. Everyone has their own color to find. Even though the kids are older, and the yard is smaller, he found some really good hiding places and even had to give hints every now and then.
Meghan wouldn’t smile for the pic.
Last year, everyone found eggs in the grill, so this year he didn’t hide any in there! Ha! Ha! Ha!
And everyone looked in there!
Can you see the yellow egg in this pic?
Can you see the purple egg in this pic?
This one was hard! It was Meghan’s and it took some hints. It’s taken looking UP at the inside of the dryer vent on the side of the house. You can barely see the egg in the left corner. In the right corner is a lint blob or something! We would never have known there was a lint blob there if I hadn’t taken this pic!
This bush has gotten very very tall!
After church, we then went to Grandma and Grandpa’s for dinner with Doug’s brother Adam and sister Lynnette and their families. It was a yummy dinner! Grandma and Grandpa’s new dog, Louie, had fun running around with everyone too.
Something happened the pic above. The camera accidently went off during the prayer. You can obviously see someone with their eyes OPENED!! NAUGHTY!
All in all, it was a good day! Church, Food, Family, Fun.
What more could you ask for??

that yellow one was hard. I like that they each get a particular color. SMART!!!
Looks like a great day!
