Saturday, October 27, 2007 - What a wonderful day!!! Jacobs 8th birthday celebrated with wonderful family members as we participated in his baptism. Grandma and Grandpa Bingham drove all day Friday so they could be here for this special day. Darin and Stacie arrived a week before to spend a week with our family, but timed their vacation specifically so they could be here with Jacob for his baptism. Uncle Adam brought his family even though Aunt Leslie was unable to come due to a prior commitment. Aunt Lynette and Uncle Bill's family all came except for Stephen who is serving in Australia. Wendy and Rachel canceled their birthday party which had been scheduled for the same day. Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam, came along with Grandma Peterson. Bishop Magnusson our home teacher took time from his busy schedule, as well as neighbors Erin and Cameron Owen. It was a very spiritual day made even more special by the love we have as a family. After the baptism conducted by Brother Dan Aldridge we had lunch (sandwiches and yummy salads) in the multipurpose room for our family.
